This luxurious cocoon, is everything about comfort, style and high-end finishes. Walk in and you get to  see and feel quality, right down to the smallest details. Designed with generous glass treated exterior elevations  standing upto 33 feet high on the busy roads of Jubilee Hills, the Solanki’s residence stands out in the neighbourhood. Its a simple rectangular plan, but has we added many layers of design to it.

design stories took up the opportunity to work from the bare- shell minimum stage of this property. Taking an inclusive approach, we took everything into consideration while designing - right from exterior elevation and landscaping to lighting and structural planning. This enabled us to add common design elements joining one area to the other.

Home to a large joint family of 10 members we gave a distinct personality to each of the 8 bedrooms across 3 floors, close to the preferences of each of their occupants. Floor-to-ceiling windows, cement finishes, herring fishbone tiling patterns , pinewood ceiling, wood-grain floorboards, and leather finish granite are some of the elements that add grandeour and add to the sprawling 18000 sq feet property.  Custom details fill every corner of the house, from Cantilevered Pooja Room to dramatically scaled sliding doors and each of them have their own design story to tell.
