A part of the parking area in the stilt floor was converted into office. 

The challenge was that, since it was in the stilt area, height was low. It was just eight and a half feet high. The space was small too and did not have not much sunlight coming in.

We proposed that the entire back side wall be opened up to compensate for lack of height and also add openness to the small space.

We had to be clever with the spatial planning. MD and Director's cabin each, then meeting room, pantry, reception, the accountants cabin and working space for three marketing people- All were accommodated comfortably in 650 sq feet area.

The MD wanted to work in close coordination with the marketing team and the accountant . We facilitated that by putting them right along the MD's cabin with a glass partition. And to keep this core team away from disturbance due to the activities at the reception, we gave a controlled access to that section.
